Real-time Access

Both the client and the reinsurer have controlled access to the automatics and all the submissions ceded at any point in time. This includes a real-time view of premiums, limits and number of submissions for each automatic.

There is a new menu item "My Automatics" for users that have permission to view automatic submissions. Following this link shows a summary of each of the automatics on the platform including the number of submissions and premium to date.

Each automatic lists all the submissions that have been ceded, including premium and named insured.

You can click on each submission to get the full detail, both the data entered by the user and any calculated fields resulting from the rating engine.

Each submission can be cancelled from the automatic, with a cancellation effective date and a return premium, if any.

Bordereaux

The system will create a bordereaux for either the client or the reinsurer at any point in time. The submissions on the bordereaux can be limited by reinsurance effective date. The layout of the bordereaux can be customized for each automatic, but may include all of the data entered by the user plus any values that are calculated or looked up from the rating engine. The bordereaux is available as an online (HTML) report or as data for Microsoft Excel.
